Join us on Saturday morning, June 15, 2019 for Nashville’s premiere 5K wooded trail race (run/walk) in the beautiful rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley, just north of the Music City, Nashville, TN.
It's an exciting, action-packed, half-day event, held each year at the Fontanel on the Saturday morning before Father’s Day. A perfect gift for dads (and granddads) and quite possibly a new Father’s Day weekend family tradition!
Come early for the 5K at 7 AM and run (or walk) one of the most pristine trails in Middle Tennessee with musical entertainment along the way.
You also get tasty snacks; cold bottled water; a Chick-fil-A continental breakfast; hot-air balloon rides (weather permitting); a chance to win fabulous awards & prizes; and a race t-shirt for each paid 5K entry. See the FAQ page for more info.
"The race director along with the crew were the most friendly and happy people I’ve met so far in a race. The course was awesome and of course the cherry on top was winning 1st place in my group and making our Uber driver a happy Father’s Day by giving him my $50 gift certificate I got for winning… What an unforgettable day!”
So get your game on, register today and join us to celebrate fatherhood and family while helping to raise support for boys whose fathers are absent from their lives.
(NOTE: Running strollers are NOT allowed in the 5k trail race due to the rough terrain and steep hills. However, they ARE allowed on the Fontanel grounds and during the Family Games).
There are also fun Family Games at Fontanel immediately after the 5k awards ceremony. It's two separate – yet great events – both on one memorable morning! "
Come for the 5k and stay for the Games!"
